Brandon Jordan has been working in the sales industry for over half of his life. He currently works for ERA American Real Estate of Northwest Florida helping people buy and sell real estate. Jordan specializes in real estate sales, REO disposition, short sales, and traditional sales on the Emerald Coast of Florida. He has been selling real estate for over 10 years, averaging one or more closing per week, and has closed multiple million-dollar deals in the commercial and industrial sectors. As an expert marketer of real estate listings, Jordan negotiates successfully to his clients’ advantage.

Wendy Martin is an experienced REO professional licensed in Oregon and Washington. She began her real estate career after spending 12 years doing radio, television, and voiceover work in New York and in Philadelphia, where she was raised.
Martin is proud to have worked with Windermere for the past 14 years. Windermere Stellar merged with Realty Trust Group to become Windermere Realty Trust on November 1, 2017. Wendy and her team offer 14 years’ experience in property disposition in northwestern Oregon and southwestern Washington.
“We have one of the country’s largest homeless populations. Portland is a destination spot, so we real estate agents have to be mindful,” Martin said. “Squatters are a growing problem, and I urge every agent to take care and call for back up, you can never be too careful.”
Windermere has raised over 33 million dollars for the Windermere Foundation since 1989, and the foundation partnered with the Seattle Seahawks in 2017 to help tackle homelessness. “Windermere Realty Trust is a proud supporter of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to helping support low-income and homeless families in our local communities,” Martin said.
Martin is a certified foreclosure specialist, certified short sale specialist, certified foreclosure alternatives consultant, and NABPOP certified BPO agent. She is also an accredited short sale negotiations teacher and a Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent Award recipient for 2018.
This year, Martin attended the Five Star Conference in Dallas where she met some incredible people in the industry and cultivated new contacts across the country. She can recommend excellent REO agents from her extensive network in each state. Martin also joined the Women Professionals in FORCE Committee and contributed content to the Five Star Academy Certification curriculum this year.
